Sprinklers Our certified technicians confidence test, make modifications to existing systems, repair broken and/or leaking systems and install residential fire sprinkler systems. Commercial fire sprinkler systems are to be tested annually in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

Backflow Prevention Backflow prevention assemblies are installed to protect against toxic fluids being drawn into drinking water services.  In accordance with the Washington State Department of Health, these assemblies must be tested annually. We have three State Certified Technicians that can conduct annual inspections, repair, rebuild, and in some cases replace backflow prevention assemblies.

Fixed Hood Systems Commercial kitchens are required to have a fixed hood suppression in the hood duct and plenum for maximum fire protection. The new U.L. 300 rating requires that these systems be wet chemical agents to fight the hotter grease fires. We have four technicians who confidence test, repair, upgrade and install hood suppression systems in accordance with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Hood systems are to be confidence tested semi-annually.
